About Me
I’m Doug Jacobs, a technology leader with over 15 years of experience helping organisations navigate complex change, modernise their operations, and translate strategy into action.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across global industrial and technology sectors, leading digital transformations, operational redesigns, and enterprise architecture at scale. I’m passionate about making technology work for people, cutting through complexity to build systems and solutions that are both effective and resilient.
What drives me is creating clarity where there’s noise. I’ve led teams through high-stakes integrations, delivered AI and automation initiatives across manufacturing sites, and overseen global platform rollouts spanning finance, HR, operations, and cyber. My work always comes back to one thing: aligning technology with business outcomes in a way that genuinely works.
I hold a First-Class Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Birmingham, am a Chartered Engineer (CEng), and certified in TOGAF and PRINCE2. But more than the credentials, I value collaboration, integrity, and building high-performing teams where people feel empowered to do their best work.
I live in London with my wife and 2 children. I am an advocate for wellbeing and mindfulness, and am a diversity & inclusion ally.
